Limited Warranty:
Your original invoice (or a copy) is required for any warranty claim (your PayPal acknowledgement of order will also be accepted). Sampson Sport-Touring will not be responsible for any incoming shipping charges on warranty matters. Warranty claims REQUIRE that the ENTIRE assembly be returned. Sampson Sport-Touring will warranty all metal components of OUR products for defects in workmanship for as long as you, the original customer, own them.

The powder coat is covered for 1 year from date of purchase for cracking and flaking. Fading or discoloration is not covered.

Individual components not manufactured by us such as but not limited to fittings, fuel line, bolts, hose clamps, fuel pump (if used) are covered by their respective manufacturers warranties (if any).

Suitability of Use
As we have no control over the use of the products we manufacture or represent once they leave us, we make no representation as to suitability for any particular use.

Sampson Sport-Touring will not be responsible for damage or failure of any component due to misuse, abuse, acts of nature, accidents, collisions, collision with flying debris, incorrect installation, alteration or modification of any type. Returns:
Your original invoice (or a copy) is required for any return. Sampson Sport-Touring will not be responsible for any incoming shipping charges on returns or the item until we receive it.

If you simply have changed your mind for whatever reason, we may or may not accept a return.
This is solely at OUR discretion and may be subject to a 20% restock fee. There will be no refund for our original shipping charges nor will we reimburse your shipping costs back to us. Contact us and obtain a RA number (Return Authorization) before shipping or the item will be refused. This must be initiated within 30 days of our shipping.

Defects:
UNUSED and UNINSTALLED Sampson Sport-Touring products with a defect packed properly to protect the item from damage with the shipping prepaid are returnable. Obtain a RA number (Return Authorization) before shipping or the item will be refused. Items returned for a refund must be sent by you within 30 days of our shipping. The original shipping charges will be credited to you.

Custom Items:
As long as the item has been manufactured to the specifications you furnished when ordered, no warranty as to fit is implied or given. No returns of custom items except for defects in workmanship. Standard warranty as to workmanship applies.

Non Sampson Made Products
While we make every effort to find quality products made by other quality companies, any warranty issues with those products NEED to be directed to the individual company.
